- In the event that you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of the credit card, according to law, you must notify your credit card company immediately based on the reporting rules and procedures which they have provided you.
CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking you must notify the office before and no later than 7days prior to the date you have your unit rented. Your deposit can be held as a raincheck up into 30- 60days of the first day you booked the job if you have contacted us within this time.
BAD Weather Cancellation- We do work with you in this situation as we all can not predict mother nature. We will sometimes allow up & as late into 24hrs before the date of your rental if you choose to wait it out. If the weather will not allow us to set up the unit , your deposit will be able to be used within 60days(Excludes Holidays)- Sorry you Can Not get a raincheck of your deposit transfered from a regular weekend rental to a Holiday Day.
